Hi, Christian Greetings from Me and My Family. You will no doubt remember my parents better than me, Capt & Mrs George Price, who were stationed at Belfast Citadel in the Late 80's. I am now stationed at Shaw Citadel.
Enjoyed your site very much and I will tell others about it. The only thing that worries me is - who is the guy with the good looking girl? I'm sure I saw him on Crimewatch!
Praise the Lord for another Salvo site on the internet, and a great site it is, too! G'day from Australia folks, from the Taree, NSW Corps! Wanna visit us? http://www.salvos.com/taree God bless you all and may you each be blessed abundantly for all you do for Him!
Greetings from Lurgan. Congratulations on a very interesting site, I always enjoy looking over the guestbook of the different Corps. Have picked up some interesting contacts this way. Your photo album was good, stirred memories of too long ago. God bless Harold Johnston
Hello from America. We're here in Sacramento, CA, USA. It's 99 degrees today but could get hotter. We are new to this Corp group and enjoying the fellowship of God's people. The love of the Lord is in this place. Thanks to Eddy Kerr for showing us this website. God Bless you, bye.
JOE LITTLE C.S.M. FROM THE FELIXSTOWE S.A.CORPS. I WAS LOOKING FOR THE ARMY SITES GOD BLESS YOU ALL AT BELFAST CITADEL. JOE & ANN LITTLE GLEN & SIMON LITTLE
Reading the history of the Corps brought back many happy memories. We knew quite a few of the members of the Corps personally. Sylvia was a Songster and Singing Company member back in the 50's. Sam played in the Band in the 60's under the Leadership of Raymond Stuart and remembers the trip to Bradford Temple Easter weekend 1961.Sam is still playing his cornet with the Etobicoke Temple Band (formerly Dovercourt Citadel). In March of this year we visited our daughter in Australia and were able to go to Woolongong to see Billy Langtry and his wife Chris, they are both well and still active in the Woolongong Citadel Corps. He brought out a scrap book of his years with the Belfast Citadel Band , we had a lovely time reminicing with him. We are part of the Dee Street contingent here in Canada but have a lot of good friends from the Citadel. Regards to everyone especially Ray Stuart, Irene Shields, Mrs Shaw, Jackie and Margaret Hewitt. Keep up the good work, look forward to visiting next time we are home.God Bless.
